If you are arranging a funeral service, flowers are usually one of several logistical details to coordinate. Having a few key pieces of information ready makes the process much smoother for everyone involved.

What to have ready when ordering

  • The name of the funeral home or venue and its address
  • The date and time of the service, and the time flowers need to arrive by
  • Who the tribute is from, for the accompanying card
  • Any specific colour preferences from the family
  • Whether other family members or groups are also ordering, to avoid unnecessary duplication

Delivery timing

We coordinate delivery to arrive well ahead of the service start time where possible, to allow the venue time to set up the space. Funeral home staff are usually familiar with receiving flower deliveries and can advise on their own preferred drop-off window.

If you are ordering on behalf of a group

If colleagues or extended family want to contribute to one larger tribute rather than several small ones, let us know and we can arrange a single, more substantial arrangement rather than multiple separate deliveries.
