Delivery Areas
We deliver to areas across Johannesburg and surrounding areas. Delivery starts from R150, depending on the delivery address — the exact delivery fee for your address will be confirmed with you before your order is finalised.
Nationwide & International Delivery
For deliveries outside our standard local delivery area, we can arrange delivery through our Interflora network where applicable. If you need flowers delivered elsewhere in South Africa or abroad, please contact us directly so we can confirm what's possible for your destination.
Delivery Times
Delivery is available Monday to Saturday, with the following preferred delivery windows:
- Morning: 9:30am – 12:00pm
- Afternoon: 12:00pm – 4:30pm
These are preferred delivery windows only. Exact delivery times cannot always be guaranteed due to circumstances outside our control, such as traffic, weather and the day's delivery schedule.
Same-Day Delivery
Same-day delivery may be available for orders placed before 10:00am. Please contact us to confirm same-day availability before relying on same-day delivery for your order.
Delivery Instructions
To help delivery go smoothly, please:
- Ensure someone is available to receive the delivery
- Provide an accurate and complete delivery address
- Provide a valid recipient phone number
- Include any useful delivery instructions, such as gate codes or office details
If the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery, our driver will contact the recipient to arrange an alternative delivery time or a safe drop-off where appropriate.
Special Occasions & Large Orders
Please contact us in advance for weddings, funerals, corporate events, large orders or other significant occasions, so we can plan accordingly and make sure everything is ready in good time.
Weekly Flower Subscriptions
Weekly flower delivery subscriptions are available for homes and offices. Contact us to discuss setting up a regular delivery plan.
