1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of cosmoscreations.co.za and any order placed with Cosmos Creations. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
2. Orders
All orders are subject to product and flower availability. Submitting an order request does not guarantee availability — we will confirm your order, delivery details and final price with you before payment is required.
3. Pricing
All prices displayed are in South African Rand (ZAR) and are estimates until confirmed. Delivery is charged separately and will be confirmed based on your delivery address.
4. Payment
Orders are only confirmed once payment has been received. Payments are processed securely, and Cosmos Creations does not store your card details.
5. Delivery
We make every effort to deliver on the date and within the time window requested. However, delivery timing cannot always be guaranteed due to factors outside our control, such as traffic, weather and recipient availability. You are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information, including a valid recipient phone number.
6. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellation requests must be made as soon as possible and before your order has been prepared or dispatched. Once an order has been prepared or dispatched, it may no longer be possible to cancel or refund. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us promptly so that we can resolve the matter fairly.
7. Product Availability & Substitutions
Flowers are seasonal and availability can change at short notice. Where a specific flower or product is unavailable, we may substitute it with a flower or product of equal or greater value, while maintaining the general style and colour scheme of your original selection.
8. Corporate Orders
We welcome corporate orders and recurring arrangements for offices, events and clients. Please contact us directly to discuss your requirements.
9. Weekly Subscriptions
Weekly flower subscriptions may be available for homes and offices. Please contact us to discuss setting up a regular delivery plan.
10. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Cosmos Creations's liability in connection with any order is limited to the value of that order. We are not liable for delays or issues caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
11. Intellectual Property
All content on cosmoscreations.co.za, including text, images and branding, is the property of Cosmos Creations and may not be used or reproduced without our permission.
12. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of South Africa.
