Question 1

How do I place an order?

Accepted Answer

Browse our products and select the flowers, plants, gift hampers or other items you'd like to order. Add them to your request and submit your details. We'll get back to you to confirm availability, your delivery details and the final price before payment is made.

Question 2

Can I order more than one product?

Accepted Answer

Yes! You can select multiple products in one order request. This is particularly useful if you'd like to send flowers together with a plant, gift hamper or another special extra.

Question 3

Do I have to pay when I place my order?

Accepted Answer

We first confirm the details of your order, availability and delivery requirements with you. Once everything is confirmed, we'll provide a payment link.

Question 4

Can I request something that isn't shown on the website?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely. If you have something specific in mind, get in touch with us. As an independent florist, we're often able to create something special based on your preferences, occasion and budget.

Question 5

Will my flowers look exactly like the arrangement shown on the website?

Accepted Answer

Not necessarily — and that's part of the beauty of working with fresh flowers. Flower availability changes throughout the year, so individual flowers, colours and foliage may vary. We always aim to create an arrangement that captures the style, quality and overall feel of what you've selected.

Question 6

Can I request specific flowers or colours?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Let us know what you have in mind when placing your order and we'll do our best to accommodate your request, subject to seasonal availability.

Question 7

Are your flowers fresh?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We select flowers based on availability and freshness so that your arrangement arrives looking beautiful and is ready to be enjoyed.

Question 8

Can you create a custom arrangement?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Custom arrangements are one of the things we love doing. Tell us the occasion, your preferred colours or flowers, and anything else you'd like us to know, and we'll work with you to create something appropriate.

Question 9

Where do you deliver?

Accepted Answer

We deliver across Johannesburg and surrounding areas. Delivery charges depend on the destination.

Question 10

How much does delivery cost?

Accepted Answer

Delivery starts from R150, depending on the delivery address. We'll confirm the exact delivery fee with you before your order is finalised.

Question 11

Can I choose a specific delivery time?

Accepted Answer

We'll always do our best to accommodate your preferred delivery time. Exact delivery times can depend on the day's delivery schedule and destination, so we'll confirm what's possible when we arrange your order.

Question 12

Can you deliver flowers directly to someone as a surprise?

Accepted Answer

Of course! Just provide the recipient's name, address and contact details when placing your order. If it's a surprise, let us know and we'll take care of it discreetly.

Question 13

What happens if the recipient isn't home?

Accepted Answer

We'll contact you or the recipient to work out the best way to complete the delivery. Providing an accurate recipient phone number helps us make the process as smooth as possible.

Question 14

What occasions do you cater for?

Accepted Answer

Pretty much any occasion worth celebrating — birthdays, anniversaries, congratulations, thank-yous, new babies, romantic occasions, celebrations, corporate gifts and those times when you simply want someone to know you're thinking of them.

Question 15

Accepted Answer
